As part of the puppetry aspect of the course, some of the introductory explanation of object theatre was about thinking about and envisioning how an object would move. This put me in mind of this short animation by PESfilm:

The way the different objects move in ways that feel absolutely in keeping with their form and moving parts is incredibly clever. In particular the different kinds of calipers propelling themselves like jellyfish, and the purse swallowing its prey, are very eloquent distillations of the objects’ form into a playfully logical method of movement.
