Harv watches you while you sleep.

Here’s the character I’ve been modelling along with the tutorial given to us. It isn’t perfectly done, however now I’ve gone through the whole process I know what my mistakes were this time and how to avoid them in future – primarily keeping a better eye on what I’m doing with the edges and keeping in mind the way the different elements of the model will be joined together.

I feel much more comfortable with the Maya interface now, as well as having an idea of what makes a reliable and efficient working process. I’m going to do another pass making sure the topology isn’t too uneven, then the next part of the tutorial is on UV mapping this model…
